Aims: The study aims to identify ways and potential solutions automate the assembly production process for passenger car gearboxes.
 Object of Research: Assembly Subject Modern evolutionary automation tools that have be implemented in processes automotive transmission controls.
 Methodology: To achieve this goal, as part study, it is planned apply methods bibliometric analysis leading scientometric databases obtain correlation relationships analytical conclusions regarding vector development means gearbox process.
 Results: As a result research by probabilistic technical integration sequence operations during transmission, well adaptive framework-design implementation fourth iteration industrial-industrial progress studied control logical-technological connection elements system, which affect overall manufacturization.
 Conclusion: multi-component, complex system whose multi-operational process, given high responsibility machine element, there an urgent need introduce modern into processes, will significantly optimize global automatofactoring. practical results present consist formation focus database profile data, identification systems assembly-production operations, automated actual manufacturing, allows get optimum ratio costs/quality products improving manufacturability, productivity flexibility multi-element multi-component structures.
